NirogApp serves as a platform connecting users with certified doctors, diagnostic providers, and learning materials. We do not offer emergency medical support. In case of acute emergency, please contact local ambulance networks.
You agree to supply accurate demographic information during profile creation and pay consultation fees dynamically specified by providers during appointment creation.
All core platform source code, logos, visual layouts, and curriculum materials belong to NirogApp and cannot be duplicated without prior written consent.
While we verify doctor registrations, medical diagnoses and treatment plans are the direct responsibility of the certified consulting medical practitioner.

We aim to ensure a transparent booking experience. Below are the terms concerning cancellation fees and refund processing times:
Bookings are eligible for a full refund if cancelled before the lab representative departs to collect samples. No refunds are available after the diagnostic process is complete.
Once a refund request is approved, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (bank account/card/UPI) via our payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days.
